Welcome to 7th grade Language Arts! I'm so excited to work with this group! I know we will all learn and grow together and hopefully LOVE reading! We will learn so many new things through reading and writing and questioning this year.

On a more personal note, this is my 19th year teaching.  I love what I do and can't imagine my life without teaching.  I have a Master's in Education with a concentration in Curriculum and Instruction.  I taught for 7 years in south Georgia before moving to Chattanooga and continuing my career here.  I have a wonderful husband, Billy, and two children, Timmy(8th) and Eliana(3rd). Thank you for sharing your children with me, and I look forward to working with you this year!
