Hello parents and students! This is my fourth year at Normal Park and I am so excited to teach your child and open your minds to scientific adventures and explorations! Prior to coming to Normal Park, I taught Science at the high school and collegiate level.
Science has always been my favorite subject because you can use science knowledge in every aspect of your day! I can't wait to show you how!
Some interesting facts about me:
I got a Marine Science/Biology degree from the University of Alabama and became a teacher later.
I played softball at the University of Alabama. We made it to the World Series one year! I was also an All-American on the field and an Academic All-American as well. I graduated with honors.
I have an 11-year old daughter named Sage.
I love Thai food!
I love the outdoors! I am an avid mountain biker, hiker, camper, kayaker....I love all things outside! 
I love to have fun in class, laugh, and work hard....
