Language Arts - Mrs. Clarich-Page

I am Sara Clarich-Page (Ms. CP), and I'm excited to be your 6th grade ELA teacher this year!

In 6th grade language arts, we will read, write about, and discuss literature daily. You will become better readers, writers, speakers, and listeners. Your vocabulary and grammar will improve. And, most importantly, you'll become more empathetic toward others through the stories you read and the discussions we have as a class.

Assignments, due dates, and other information can be found in my Canvas course.

About Me

I've been teaching middle school language arts in Hamilton County Schools since 2012 and 6th grade ELA at Normal Park since 2017.

I attended Mercer University where I studied English Literature, biology, and education.

After that, I moved home to the Chattanooga area and attended UTC to pursue a master's degree in education.

When I'm not teaching, you can find me reading or watching baseball with my husband.

A few of my favorite things:

Color: Teal

Animals: Red Pandas & Cats (I have 3!)

Team: Mets

Genre of Books: Mystery, Realistic Fiction, & Memoir

Candy: Reece's Pumpkins and Milk & Honey Salted Caramels

Restaurant: Taco Mamacita

Feel free to email me if you have questions, concerns, pictures of red pandas, or cat memes.
