  • TECH HOTLINE: The district has launched a Tech Hotline for families that need assistance with technology. The hotline will be open Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Callers can leave a message outside of those hours that will be returned by a staff member. The Tech Hotline number is (423) 493-0350.

  • INSURANCE: (6th- 8th only) Insurance for your Chromebook is not required but it is highly recommended. For more information on insurance, click on the link below.

  • REPLACEMENT PARTS: Need a replacement charger or stylus for your Chromebook? We only have enough chargers/ stylus for each student, unfortunately, there are no extras. Click on the link to find out how to order: Replacement Charger or Stylus

  • Lost / Stolen Chromebook (English)

  • DEVICE DAMAGED/ NOT WORKING: If your Chromebook is not functioning correctly or is damaged

    1. Try troubleshooting on your own using these tips
    2. Please complete the NPMM Student Chromebook Help Ticket
      1. If school is in session, Mrs. August or Mrs. McKee, will find you and get your device. If available, you will receive a loaner Chromebook. You will keep your charger. Please, do not leave class to search for a loaner. There are desktops in each classroom.
      2. If school is not in session, or remote, you will need to make an appointment to drop off your Chromebook. Depending on availability, you may or may not receive a substitute device.
    3. You will be notified once your device is repaired or replaced.
